Celebrated Indonesian chef Renatta Moeloek will lead the closing dinner of Merasa week at Dome on June 7.

Perhaps best known for her role as MasterChef Indonesia judge, Renatta is passionate about encouraging Indonesians to appreciate their local cuisine. She believes that for Indonesian food to gain global recognition, it must first be cherished and understood at home.

Her love of food began in her youth, leading her to study at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. After completing her studies and internships, Renatta returned to Indonesia and became a private dining chef. In 2018, she joined MasterChef Indonesia, where her confident presence won over the audience, solidifying her fame.

As well as running a private dining restaurant in South Jakarta, Renatta has established a delivery food business specialising in Indonesian cuisine and is involved in ventures promoting balanced and nutritious eating.

Renatta's visit promises to be an immersive journey into Indonesia’s plant-forward future. Together with our chef, Diego Recarte, she will deliver a ten-dish menu, harmoniously blending innovation and tradition.
