Designed by Andra Matin, AM House was built from 1.8 million terracotta bricks hand-pressed by artisans in the village of Darmasaba, the same way Balinese temples have been made for generations. The building shifts colour as the day moves through it, pale in the morning, almost amber by afternoon. Suites are laid out with the ease of a private residence, their open layouts and lush internal gardens create a stillness that feels, without effort, like home.

At the centre of Desa Potato Head Bali, OMA House puts everything within reach. The energy of the Desa is always present, whether you step out into it or simply open a window.
