Purnama: Sound Meditation and Plant-Based Dinner

Bamboo Garden
Desa Potato Head Bali

This Purnama, join us for a special collaboration with Petty Elliott, the Manado-born chef and author of The Indonesian Table and The Indonesian Vegetarian Table (Phaidon).

The evening begins with a guided live sound meditation inspired by the energy of the full moon, inviting you to slow down, reconnect, and begin anew. Afterwards, gather at Tanaman for an exclusive six-course plant-based dinner curated by Petty, celebrating Indonesia's rich culinary biodiversity through seasonal produce, native ingredients, and nostalgic regional flavours.

Together, the meditation and shared meal offer a journey of nourishment, reflection, and connection under the full moon.
