On 22 September, we welcome UK artists Leon Vynehall and Moxie for a night of floor-focused electronic grooves.

For our ongoing Potato Head Presents series, we regularly welcome high-grade international DJs to showcase their eclectic dance sounds at the Desa. This time out, the celebrated pairing of Leon Vynehall and Moxie take the stage for a back-to-back set, ready to stir up the Beach Club with their immaculate mix of club-ready rhythms.

Leon Vynehall is an artist who constantly surprises as his music twists and turns across stylistic boundaries. After making an impact with a series of critically acclaimed underground house releases, his 2014 debut album defied expectations with its introspective tone and nostalgic themes. He’s continued his sonic experimentation across four albums and dozens of singles, and he’s recorded all-encompassing DJ mixes for iconic compilation series including Fabric Presents, K7, and Resident Advisor.

Joining him on the decks, Moxie is a DJ, label boss and party promoter known and loved for her expansive dancefloor sound. Mixing anything from classic house to leftfield breaks, she maintains a tireless touring schedule at the world’s most respected venues and continues to present her longstanding show on NTS Radio. Local favourites Dita and Marvel will step up with a back-to-back set of their own, representing Potato Head in style with their energetic blend of house, disco, and Balearic grooves.
