Kiki Moka, often seen as the Godfather of Indonesia’s bar scene, is always the harbinger of cheer.
Named as one of the most influential figures in the global industry - #75 in Drinks International's Bar World 2023 - nowadays you’d likely find the country's cocktail king dancing on the top of the bar at The Cocktail Club, the newest baby of the 22-venue-and-counting F&B group he’s the Head Mixologist of.
But he doesn't only coach his team, freely giving advice to any young industry player he meets while performing at bar takeovers around the country and flying the Indonesian flag around Asia. Aside from pouring tequila shots and setting a joyous vibe all around, during the pandemic he raised money for fellow bartenders in need through his charity Jakarta Hope.
