Overlooking the sea, Sunset Park is an open-air rooftop serves as the Desa’s definitive space for a drink. The menu is intentionally concise, featuring bright tapas and precise cocktails that encourage a slower pace as the sun meets the horizon.
The Experience
Our food menu combines distinct Indonesian flavours with tropical favourites from around the world, with tapas-style snacks in bite-size portions to keep you going until dinner. From cassava fries to grilled prawns served on a shiso leaf, all ingredients are sustainably sourced.
Our drinks reimagine classics with an Indonesian twist — think watermelon spritzers or martinis spiked with dragon fruit gin — using locally-sourced spirits and infusing them in-house. All these and more are served in a spacious setting, with our upcycled furniture and innovative design seamlessly merging into the natural surroundings.
