From Bali to everywhere
Sunset Park's Gin Series brings together five Bali cocktail craftsmen for an evening built around one spirit and many interpretations of it.
Mang Arik and Olga pour from their home bar, joined by Arya from L'atelie, Krisna Jack from Red Light Bar, and Wisnu Arcana from 45ml Ubud. Three competition winners whose drinks are rooted in local botanicals, regional harvests, and a shared belief that great gin starts with knowing its own origins.
Mang Arik started his career as a bar support at Desa Potato Head Bali in 2013 and grew into an Assistant Bar Manager across several outlets, including what is now Dome. Currently, he leads as R&D Beverage Manager in Potato Head. His focus is on sustainability and supporting the community, ensuring that every drink tells a meaningful story.
I Putu Olga Sianturi is a professional bartender and cocktail enthusiast serving as Assistant Bar Manager at Desa Potato Head Bali. Since starting his journey in 2014, Olga focuses on creating cocktails that tell stories through culture, local ingredients, and sustainability. Through sustainable practices and thoughtful creativity, Olga creates cocktails that connect guests with memorable experiences and the spirit of the destination.
An innovative mixologist with deep roots in Bali, Arya serves as the Bar Manager at L’Atelier by Cyril Kongo. He channels his unique background to expertly weave Balinese tradition into his bartending creations. His commitment to excellence and sustainability was recently affirmed when he was crowned the Indonesia Regional Winner of the Hennessy MyWay 2025 competition, earning him the honour of representing the country at the Global Finals in France.
Krisna Jack is a Bar Manager at The Red Light Bali, with a career in hospitality that began in 2016. His cocktail philosophy is inspired by classic cocktail by using local harvest ingredients and tradition-blending elements of street food, memorable places, and daily habits into every creation. Krisna's style focuses on simplicity, balance, and low-ABV cocktails, creating approachable yet meaningful drinking experiences.
Wisnu Arcana is a young visionary bartender dedicated to elevating the Balinese philosophy of harmony between nature, people, and culture, integrating these values into the modern hospitality industry. His craft at Syrco BASE earned the title of 1st Place Winner for the Giffard West Cup in both the Indonesia Region and Asia Pacific in 2024. Now serving as the Beverage Developer at 45ml Ubud, Wisnu seamlessly blends creativity and technique to bring his philosophy to life in every unique creation.
