British-Colombian by background and Bali-connected by history, Dre Masso approaches cocktails like cooking. He starts with ingredient, builds structure, then lets texture and spice do the talking. Expect bright balance, grounded heat, and a finish that lingers. His work spans programme-building and education. He helped create Olmeca Altos tequila and later built Akademi at Desa Potato Head Bali as a space for research, training, and local-ingredient cocktails, with Indonesian spirits like arak in the mix.

Aris Sanjaya is a Bali-based bartender and programme leader focused on mentoring the next generation and keeping local practice at the centre of the glass. His foundations were shaped early alongside Dre Masso and Kamil Foltan, later refined through a more culinary approach at Bikini Bali. He now oversees the beverage programme at Syrco BASÉ.

Agus Ariawan, widely known as “Agus Mojito,” has over 20 years in hospitality and 17 years in bar operations. After relocating from Jakarta to Bali in 2011, he spent nearly 14 years at Desa Potato Head, rising from bartender to Bar Operations Manager. He now serves as Corporate Beverage Manager at Suka Collective, leading operations and R&D across four outlets.
