Sunset Park’s Legacy Series brings the people who shaped Potato Head’s early cocktail language back to the Desa.

At the centre of this takeover is Dre Masso. In the Potato Head Beach Club’s early years, his signatures gave the bar its accent. Local ingredients and craftsmanship, distilled into the shaker and poured into every glass. That spirit lives on through cult favourites from the era, among them, the Barong Zombie.

Dre shares the bar with alumni from the early Beach Club era: Anay, Aris Sanjaya, and Agus “Mojito”. Each pours two signature cocktails, built around Olmeca Altos Tequila and Nusa Caña Rum.
