Celebrated bartender Charmaine Thio is set to bring her mixology flair to Sunset Park on 27 June.
As the regional brand ambassador for Hendrick’s Gin in Southeast Asia, Charmaine has carved a unique path in the spirits world.
She arrives from the landmark 28 HongKong Street bar in Singapore and holds the distinction of being the first Singaporean accepted into the Tales of the Cocktail Apprentice Programme. Her journey from an English Literature major at NTU, to head bartender, and now an acclaimed brand ambassador is a testament to her passion and dedication to the craft. Known in the circuit as @crazycocktailcat, she represents the spirit of innovation and creativity. Her work will focus on gin education and flavour experimentation, bringing the world of Hendrick’s to life.
