Night Moves is back at Desa Potato Head, this time welcoming Ross From Friends, presents Bubble Love, todaysrenaissance, and Rocco Universal.

Curated with Bali’s discerning music heads in mind, Night Moves regularly brings together international artists and local talents to fire up the Desa dancefloor.

UK producer Felix Clary Weatherall, better known as Ross From Friends, has been a force in the dance music scene since the early 2010s, operating at the forefront of the lo-fi house movement with his DJ sets, dynamic live shows, and acclaimed releases on labels like Lobster Theremin, Brainfeeder, and Ostgut Ton, among others. This year saw the launch of his Bubble Love project — an opportunity for him to showcase energetic new sounds driven by the “drunk, decisive, hedonistic energy” of his newly birthed alter ego.

Joining him on the turntables will be PNNY co-founder and Bali favourite Gilang, performing under his todaysrenaissance moniker. Rounding off the lineup is British-Italian DJ, producer, and writer Rocco Universal, bringing his genre-gliding sounds to elevate the Desa dancefloor.

Ross From Friends presents Bubble Love

The all-new project from revered UK artist Felix Clary Weatherall sees him channel his Bubble Love alter ego, adding an uplifting edge to his already energetic sound. The idea was conceived as a means to add focus to his productions, allowing an inner voice to guide his compositions and serve as the driving force of his dynamic DJ sets. Best known as Ross From Friends, his acclaimed releases on the likes of Lobster Theremin and Brainfeeder helped cement his reputation as one of the most exciting producers to have emerged from the UK in recent years.

Best known for being the founder of beloved Bali-based party starters, PNNY, Gilang adopts his todaysrenaissance moniker to supply the house grooves that typify the vibrant sets he’s been purveying at groundbreaking events across the island and beyond since 2010.

Rocco Universal

Rocco Universal is the alter-ego of DJ, producer, and journalist, Patrizio Cavaliere. Currently lost in a haze of psychedelic melodies somewhere in Asia, Patrizio has been crate-digging and moving dance floors for over two decades. His cultured productions have been released on benchmark labels including Soul Clap, Leng, and Kolour Recordings, while his diligent attention to the craft has seen him invited to perform at worldwide venues alongside some of the esoteric underground!s most revered artists.
