Desa Potato Head Bali welcomes Alesia Rakitianskaia, from The Fool Speakeasy in Thailand, to go behind the bar at Sunset Park for a guest shift in collaboration with Nusa Caña Rum.
The drinks at Fool Speakeasy are all inspired by the tarot deck, where each cocktail tells a story of a card in the tarot that speaks to every person differently to their mood in that moment. Alesia brings that same crafty creativity she honed at The Fool to Sunset Park this August, featuring two cocktails from the Fool's Menu and two crafted especially for her shift.

Alesia Rakitianskaia is a Senior Bartender at The Fool Speakeasy in Phuket, Thailand. Passionate about creating cocktails that tell a story and bring people together, she combines creativity with genuine hospitality. Alesia is the winner of the Nusa Caña Bar to Bali Cocktail Competition 2026 and a finalist in the Four Pillars Cocktail Competition 2025 and Campari Red Hands APAC 2025.
