Harmonise your evening energy through a guided meditation in the Bamboo Garden. Engage your breath, participate in tapping and Qigong movements as you reflect on the day that has passed.

Witness the sun setting as this meditation begins, and enter the night with a cleansing ritual, a shot of arak and an oracle card offered at the conclusion of this session.
