At Potato Head, good times come with purpose. What started in 2009 as a casual eatery has grown into a creative village in Bali, a place where music, art, design, food, and wellbeing meet sustainability.
Message from the Founder
“This report is a reflection of the work happening behind the scenes.
It shows the choices we make, how we build, what we source, who we work with, and how we design operations that minimise harm and maximise impact. Inside, you’ll find updates on our efforts to reduce waste, cut emissions, support local producers, and create opportunities for the community. From food sourcing and materials to waste management and social programmes, this is how we put our values into practice.
We’re not perfect, and that’s not the point. What matters is progress. We’re sharing where we are now, what we’ve learned, and where we want to go next.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed, our team, our collaborators, and the guests who challenge us to do better.
