Terms & Conditions
- Advance Reservation: All Rooftop BBQ bookings must be made at least one (1) day in advance, subject to availability
- Minimum for 2 guests per BBQ and maximum 8 guests
- Menu Customization & Special Requests: Any special dietary requirements, menu modifications, or customized menu requests must be discussed and confirmed with our Chef prior to the event.
- Weather Conditions: As the Rooftop BBQ is an outdoor experience, the venue reserves the right to relocate or modify the arrangement in the event of adverse weather conditions.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation or amendment should be communicated as early as possible. Applicable charges may apply based on the timing of the cancellation. Any cancellation should be communicated maximum 2 hours prior the booking time, otherwise we still need to charge
- Food & Beverage Policy: Food and beverages served during the Rooftop BBQ experience are exclusively provided by Desa Potato Head. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless previously approved by management.
- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for informing the team of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
