Seminyak revellers now have another reason (not that they needed it) to visit Potato Head: a new vegan dining concept led by chef Dominique Hammond. Initially announced in 2020, the hot-ticket beach club teased Tanaman for more than two years before finally opening in January. This being Bali, the menu sticks to health-conscious small plates such as shio-koji-tenderised watermelon, cold smoked pumpkin and micro-herb salad. An array of Indonesia-inspired cocktails are available if you fancy upping the ante.
