About Rempah Dining:
Rempah Dining is a contemporary Indonesian pop up restaurant or private dining. We are focusing on indigenous Indonesian ingredients and local ingredients only, to create unique contemporary Indonesian cuisine. We always change our menu based on availability to support the sustainability of the ingredients and to make sure we only use the best product available. Our mission is to bring indigenous/native Indonesian ingredients to the higher level and to showcase the ingredient itself to the culinary world.
About Chef Jadi:
Born and raised in Bali, his passion on cooking began when he was 7 years old. After graduating from culinary school in Bali, he started to work at several hotels in Bali. Then, he continued to work in some of the world top restaurants in Sydney, Australia, i.e. Quay Restaurant by Chef Peter Gilmore, Kensington Street Social by Chef Jason Artheton (Michelin-starred chefs), and Hotel Centennial by Chef Justin North. Now Chef Jadi is bringing the Indonesian ingredients and flavours into the higher level of culinary world with Rempah Dining.
