Will Goldfarb is a dessert visionary, alchemist, and the unapologetically curious mind behind Room4Dessert. Born in New York and trained in Paris, he worked in some of the world’s most legendary kitchens — including El Bulli — before launching the original Room4Dessert in Manhattan.

After relocating to Bali, he reimagined the concept as something much bigger: a regenerative, zero-waste culinary banjar deeply rooted in local ingredients, sustainability, and storytelling.

Aris Sanjaya is a visionary bartender with a goal to elevate the Bali bar industry by supporting the next generation, promoting indigenous practices, and fostering sustainable business with the local community. He believes in the Balinese philosophy of respecting the balance of nature, people, and culture. Through his role, he aims to apply this philosophy in the hospitality industry.

A cocktail wiz, Coffee Connoisseur, and Sea Turtle Ranger, Jakob Manurung started his career as a Barista since 2012 then became a bartender since 2016. On his first year career as a Bartender, Jakob become top 8 Diageo Indonesia World Class on 2017 then came out victorious on Diageo Indonesia World Class 2019. Then represent Indonesia to compete against 56 other countries in Schiedam, Netherland & Glasgow, Scotland.

Aside from his mixing drinks, he’s a sea turtle protector as a ranger at Bali Sea Turtle Society.

At the age of 18, Bina discovered his love for bartending. He casually enrolled in a bar-related subject at his vocational school before gaining hands-on experience behind the bar at a small restaurant in Kuta. In 2013, he joined the Potato Head Family as a trainee at their Beach Club. His journey led him to the moment when he was entrusted with starting Akademi bar at Katamama Suites. Here, he honed his skills in crafting exotic cocktails, with a particular fondness for Rum, his favourite drink being the Daiquiri. Bina infuses each cocktail he creates with his passion, firmly believing that "understanding every single ingredient in a cocktail will guide you to love the cocktail itself."
