The evening continues at Tanaman with a six-course plant-based dinner. The menu is rooted in seasonal local produce led by vegetables, herbs, legumes, and fungi grown in collaboration with Indonesian farmers. It is comfort food that blends vibrant traditions with bold and nostalgic flavours.

Born and raised in Jakarta, faktta (Lin Manik) found her way to music through an unlikely pairing: drum kit and bonang gamelan. That early foundation gave her an ear for polyrhythms and off-beat syncopations that now defines her approach as a selector. Her sets sit in the shadows between genres — minor chords, broken beats, sounds that are spacious yet tight, ancient yet contemporary.
