On Friday 26 July, we welcome Jyoty, Jarreau Vandal, and Get the Gat to Potato Head for a night of cutting-edge and genre-bending dancefloor sounds.

Pushing the boundaries of dance music, each DJ will bring their eclectic selections to the Beach Club, playing a diverse blend of hip hop, R&B, amapiano, and more on the shores of the Indian Ocean.

Known for her boundless energy and infectious personality, London-based Jyoty heads the bill. Having risen to prominence as a Boiler Room host, her Rinse FM shows have helped cement her reputation as an inspired selector. Arriving with his soul-flecked electronic cuts, Dutch artist Jarreau Vandal blends funk, hip-hop, and more into his emotive and immersive sets. Bali-based Get the Gat represents local crew Warmsin’ – known for their organic approach and inclusive party atmospherics.

Fusing freeform musical elements with a contemporary edge, the event aims to enrich the Island’s musical landscape with a fresh and cultured sonic perspective.

Amsterdam-born, London-based DJ Jyoty’s rise to becoming one of the underground's most-loved figures is a story of sheer dedication. Her introduction came through online channel Boiler Room, where her personality managing the door at events landed her a spot hosting shows for the burgeoning platform. A regular spot on world-renowned radio station Rinse FM soon followed, where her knack for discovering new music and ability to connect with guests shone through, quickly racking up regular listeners from across the globe.

Jarreau Vandal's sound is soulful, innovative, and genre-bending. Known for his distinctive blend of electronic music mixed with elements of soul, funk, and hip-hop, he crafts a rich and textured sonic experience. Get the Gat is part of Warmsin’, the Bali-based musical movement, radio residency and monthly event series. Thoughtfully crafted events communicated through an organic marketing approach and heavily influenced by the openness of music institutions like Bone Soda, Touching Bass and Plastic People. Nurturing an open-minded scene with a strong party etiquette centred around trust and respect.
