Potato Head presents Cakeshop and Orbitware w/ Xing Xing, Raissa, Plaur & more

Korean party-starters Cakeshop join Bali’s Orbitware for a night of eclectic dancefloor moves at Potato Head Beach Club on Friday, 21 June.

Based in Seoul’s Itaewon district, the Cakeshop nightclub is a reference point for Korea’s cutting-edge dance movement. With weekly parties pushing future house, bass, UKG, disco and more, the venue has quickly become a leading light on the city’s nightlife map.

Bali-based collective Orbitware have been curating energetic events since launching in 2019, showcasing the best of Asian club culture and co-organising the contemporary art and music festival, Ravepasar. Featuring a mix of local and international DJs, their shows have helped put them firmly on the Southeast Asian musical map.

Joining them on the turntables, Seoul-based DJ, model, and Cakeshop resident, Xing Xing will bring her genre-gliding sound, having made waves on the underground thanks to the Hardpure party collective she founded, while DJ and musician Kisewa arrives with her mix of ambient, noise, industrial and more.

Orbitware are represented by Raissa, Plaur and Floyd, who each bring their unique sounds to the Desa, blending waves of eclectic dance rhythms into dynamic and floor-filling sets.

Join us at Potato Head Beach Club for an oceanside celebration of Asia’s vibrant dance community.
