In the spirit of Nyepi, we invite you to discover the story behind Arak, Bali’s traditional coconut flower spirit.
We want to share with you the secrets of Arak, our Balinese liquor, a spirit made from the coconut flower. Our Head Mixologist will explain the story of each ingredient and show how Arak can be utilised to create new different flavours. Come join us to mix your own cocktail and taste different kinds of Arak.
