Lunar: Embodiment

Lunar Day honours Reema Datta’s teachings from her grandmother, on the connection between your emotions, your body, and your inner state. The day moves gently through breathwork and awareness practices, open to complete beginners and seasoned yogis alike, and closes with an evening fire ritual. One full day with Reema, learning the kind of knowledge that can only be experienced in person.
