On Wednesday 13 November, we welcome a takeover with lead bartenders from two of Sydney’s most beloved bars, Maybe Sammy and Dean & Nancy.
Regularly appearing in The World’s 50 Best Bars list, Maybe Sammy has been Sydney’s most celebrated bar since it opened in early 2019, known for its theatrical flair, lively atmosphere and attentive service. The collective behind the bar, the Maybe Group, are also responsible for the Maybe Festival – an annual event where locals, visitors and the world’s most accomplished bartenders converge to celebrate bar craft.
Dean & Nancy is known for elevating the cocktail experience, combining mid-century elegance and creative artistry at their 22nd-floor venue. Their Above the Clouds menu guides guests through 17 lovingly crafted cocktails, each designed to transport them far beyond the ordinary.
Lead bartenders Emre Bilgin from Maybe Sammy and Krisztian Csigo from Dean & Nancy arrive at Dome to host a takeover, inviting guests to experience their knowledge and craft up close.
