Michael Kucyk (Efficient Space)
Efficient Space is the DJ alias of Michael Kucyk, whose decade-long radio show Noise In My Head on Melbourne's 3RRR FM became a vital node in the city's music culture before broadcasting monthly on NTS. He runs two labels: Noise In My Head Records and the Efficient Space imprint, a retrospective label whose releases span dub, Indigenous recordings, and defining Australian compilations including Sky Girl and Oz Waves.
