Klymax is Potato Head's Sound Centre. Every Friday and Saturday it becomes Bali's finest room, not by reputation alone, but by design. The room was conceived by DJ Harvey. The speakers were built by George Stavro on Richard Long's blueprint, the same sonic architecture as Paradise Garage and Studio 54. The floor is sprung: four layers of wood and foam. This is not a venue with a sound system. This is a room built around one.

Nothing here was assembled to look the part. The system was built to move air the way it was meant to, the floor was built to hold a room dancing until dawn, and every detail past that point exists to protect what those two things already do. Step onto the floor and the difference is not something you're told, it's something you feel before the first track finishes.

Marco Weibel

Marco Weibel brings people together through his love of music from all corners. Since 2011, the New York-based Singaporean DJ, broadcaster and Public Records resident has amassed a loyal following through expansive sets that span obscure disco, 90s house, Detroit techno, jungle and beyond. This year, he’s celebrating ten years of hosting a weekly mixshow on The Lot Radio in Brooklyn and fifteen years of co-running the influential Darker Than Wax record label. Marco’s a DJ’s DJ, trusted by many.

Dita

Equipped with an alluring inventory of versatile sounds and an intrinsic ability to read the floor, Potato Head resident Dita elegantly captivates crowds with her lovingly curated blend of proto-house, Balearic disco, ‘90s breaks and more.

Yoyo

Rio, aka Yoyo, is a DJ and producer from East Java with releases on Perspex. After transitioning from session drumming to electronica, he moved to Bali to immerse himself in the island’s vibrant music culture. In recent years, he’s played a key role in Nightspacer, a series of experimental sonic experiences that push boundaries and explore the intersection of sound and space. Yoyo’s style is an eclectic fusion of genres, crafting a vibe that connects mind, body, and soul.
