Cosmic Table turns toward the women who shaped what we taste and what we sip.

In collaboration with Room4Dessert, Chefs Ni Kadek Catri Wardani and Ni Kadek Dewi bring their expertise into Dome for a one-night takeover. Working within a culinary culture known for fermentation, preservation, and botanical exploration, they bring craftmanships rooted in technique, reaching for surprise. Ingredients move through time and process: cured, cultured, distilled; resulting in plates that balance depth, clarity, with spontaneity.

Shafira Permata begins the evening at Sunset Park from 5 pm as guest bartender, crafting a sundown pour rooted in Bali’s produce and traditional drinks. From 7 pm, she continues at Dome, carrying her wabi-sabi aesthetic into the cocktail program.

Live music by Lecak moves through the evening. Earthy, rhythmic, and expansive. Together, they shape an atmosphere where flavour, sound, and energy move in conversation.

A welcome drink awaits on arrival, continue the night at Klymax Discotheque after the dinner.

See you at Dome.
