Each edition invites a different artist, with sounds that move with the energy of the night, sometimes improvised. Alongside the regular à la carte, the kitchen runs a "Feed Me" menu built around whatever the season is offering at its best.

Precious Bloom is a Jakarta-based music duo formed in 2022 by producer Aradea Barandana and singer-songwriter Adinda Dwimadasari. Steeped in nostalgia and experimental bliss, their sound weaves together Asian city pop, new beat basslines, and Indonesian disco melodies, conjuring the sound of mystifying elated nights that Jakarta never had.
Aradea is a globe-trotting record digger and dance music producer, inspired by obscure Asian film soundtracks. Adinda is a vocalist and songwriter driven by a passion for reviving the golden era of 80s Indonesian city pop. Together, they bring a dualistic sonic world that is at once nostalgic and forward-looking.
Since their formation, Precious Bloom have taken their sound to European stages, performing at Helsinki's Flow Festival, Doka in Amsterdam, and Berlin's Sound Metaphors. Their debut album Consequences is out in early 2023.
