Open Event

On Friday 5 January Potato Head are hosting a special screening of Jayda G’s new documentary, Blue Carbon, featuring a Q&A with Jayda and the film’s director, Nicolas Brown.

Blue Carbon is an environmentally-focused musical journey featuring Grammy-nominated producer, DJ and Environmental Toxicologist Jayda G, with music from Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA.

The term ‘blue carbon’ refers to three coastal ecosystems — seagrass meadows, mangroves and tidal marshes. The film follows Jayda G, on a global journey to understand how blue carbon can help mitigate the effects of climate change, and how we can protect these fragile ecosystems from further destruction.

The event takes place on the same day as Jayda G’s performance alongside Alex Kassian at Potato Head Beach Club.

Free Entry (limited seating, first come first served)
